Quotes are obligation-free and valid only for a limited time.
Payment is made at the time of pickup via cash or bank transfer, depending on availability and customer preference.

Vehicle removal is offered free of charge within available service areas.
Pickup times depend on scheduling and availability.
Customers must ensure safe and accessible pickup locations.
The customer must provide necessary documents for ownership transfer (e.g., proof of ownership, registration details, ID).
Upon receiving payment and completing transfer paperwork, ownership of the vehicle will legally pass to ScrapYourCar.
Vehicles with outstanding finance are only accepted if the customer discloses the amount owed.
Settlement arrangements may require additional authorization from the finance provider.

Attempt to sell a vehicle without permission from its legal owner.

Any indirect or consequential loss.
Personal property left inside the vehicle after removal.
